New Client Support Process

We have at last updated our Client Support process.  Using the very same CMS Web Design good practice approach we adopt for all sites we create for customers.  Our previous support ticket system has now been decommissioned and replaced with a new streamlined Drupal module that makes the raising and managing of support request very simple.

We will also be using our support ticket module to assist new website projects, particularly during the testing phase.  Client's will find the new solution helpful as it will give them rapid visibility of what's happening with their raised support tickets and their project requirements.
